Elevator Modernization after replacing Otis Generator Elevators 2016.

Freshly cleaned and painted elevator machine room looks good after replacing old messy generator elevators with DC motors.

My last Mod job before going back to the service department. I saved the best for last as this was the best elevator mod job I had done to date.

Painted elevator cartops, floors, machines and even the duct. Nice duct, pipe and wire job as well.

Extended the top floor of the elevator machine room a total of 15 inches allowing the controllers and drives to be placed up top with the elevator machines.
